Customer service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Calls

We will try to answer all incoming calls personally and minimise the use of answering machines.

Appointments

We will endeavor to carry out a first visit within 2 days.

Generally, we work to a 4 hour window for appointments but this can be modified where required. All staff will arrive within the appointment envelope that has been agreed; if this is proving difficult the clients will be advised in good time.

We will generally endeavour to start jobs requiring a quotation within 7 days of quote acceptance (workload allowing).
